This document outlines RISO KAGAKU CORPORATION (RISO) compatibility and operational verification under specified conditions. It does not constitute a "guarantee of operation" for all conditions within XenApp/XenDesktop environments.

RISO has not verified or guaranteed the operation of third-party applications within these environments. Customers are requested to make printer selection decisions only after thorough evaluation and verification based on their specific requirements and operating conditions.

Support is limited to RISO-provided printer drivers. OS-native or third-party drivers are not supported.
